Shipping
Orders are delivered within 4–5 business days, except in remote areas and during holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your delivery.

Returns
Yes, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, please follow the instructions on our “Refund Policy” page at the bottom of the website. Ophelier products are customizable, therefore the return policy does not apply to items you have costumized
We do not accept returns for products that have been opened or damaged, unless they were defective upon delivery. Ophelier products are customizable, therefore the return policy does not apply to items you have personalized.

Legal Information
PEC (Certified Email) is a legally recognized form of email, equivalent to a registered letter. You can contact us via PEC at cosmekit@pec.it .

Useful Tips
Before you begin, make sure your workspace is clean. Clean the work surface, your O’Tools, the microwave, and, most importantly, your hands. The use of disposable gloves is recommended as an extra precaution.
Begin by wiping away any excess lipstick or cosmetic residue from the beaker, spatula, mold, and other tools using a paper towel. Then wash them with a damp sponge and dish soap. Cleaning will be easy if you follow these steps. Once clean, dry the tools with a cloth. Ensure they are completely dry before starting another cosmetic session to prevent unwanted contamination.
Our products are specifically formulated and tested to be combined exclusively with other products from the Ophelier line, in accordance with the provided instructions, and are available only through official channels. Interactions with products outside this range may compromise product stability and result in undesirable side effects, potentially serious.
We recommend testing your custom-made product on a small area of your forearm before applying it to your face. If no reactions such as redness or itching appear after a few minutes, you can safely proceed to use your creation.
Ophelier products are customizable and made to measure by the customer. As the production process is done by hand, the product may show minor imperfections such as surface defects, streaks, small holes, or a white film. These characteristics do not affect the quality of the product in any way, but only its external appearance. For any questions or concerns, please contact our customer service at info@ophelier.it . Invoices
To receive an invoice, please register as a user and provide your tax code and PEC (Certified Email) in the “Additional Information” section on the checkout page before clicking the “Pay Now” button. Please note: you must be registered to view these fields. To request an invoice, please write to info@ophelier.it after placing your order, indicating your order reference (order number).
