You can place an order directly on our website. Add the products to your cart and proceed to checkout. If you have a discount code, enter it in the designated field and it will be applied automatically. You can also choose to pick up your order at the Ophelier location.
Orders are delivered within 4–5 business days, except in remote areas and during holidays.
Yes, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, please follow the instructions on our “Refund Policy” page at the bottom of the website.
Ophelier products are customizable; therefore, the return policy does not apply to items you have customized.

To receive an invoice, please register as a user and provide your tax code and PEC (Certified Email) in the “Additional Information” section on the checkout page before clicking the “Pay Now” button.
